As a cherished, family-operated endeavor in Digby, Nova Scotia, we take great pride in curating the finest dahlia tubers sourced directly from fellow small-scale growers. Our dahlias are at least 2 years old in our garden before we sell the tubers. Our journey is a testament to boundless passion, unwavering dedication, and an enduring reverence for the marvels of the natural world.

Collections

Shipping of dahlia tubers  is only available within Canada.  Please pick up one of the Flat Rate Boxes for your shipping.

Orders are shipped the Monday of each week, from late April through early June, weather permitting.
We ship via Canada Post flat rate boxes. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes is a risk due to the perishable nature of the products.
We inspect all dahlia tubers before shipping. If damage occurs during transit, email us within 5 days of receipt. Due to uncontrollable storage and growth conditions, refunds or exchanges can't be offered beyond this period. While we strive for accuracy, if you receive the wrong variety, inform us, and we'll aim to send the correct one this or the next season, depending on availability.
Canadian customers have the option for local pick-up, but it must be prearranged. The tubers are stored until weather conditions are suitable. Shipping notifications will be sent in advance. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped. Early pick-up requests are accommodated.
For shipping within Canada, we utilize Canada Post Flat Rate Boxes, and the actual shipping costs are displayed in the products section. Please choose one according to the number of tubers you want to purchase before you check out. If you've opted for local pick-up, details about when your order will be ready must be prearranged. We begin packing all orders for pick-up and delivery around mid to late April.

Small : 35.5cm x 26.3cm x 5.3cm
Medium : 39cm x 26.3cm x 12.3cm
Large : 40.6cm x 30.4cm x 19 cm
Bubble wrap or some kind of protection would have to be considered when considering package size.
For a big order you will be contacted in case the shipping cost changes.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill requests for early shipping due to the winter freezing conditions at our location.
